The Michigan House of Representatives will not launch an investigation into the sexual harassment claims made against Rep. Harvey Santana, D-Detroit, by a former legislative aide who worked for him in 2016 and 2017 because it would be "unfair" to those named in other complaints that are under review or being investigated at this time.
